Strict Zero-Log GuaranteeWe never track, store, or log which TV channels, sports events, or movies you watch. Your viewing habits remain strictly between you and your streaming device.
1. The Data We Collect
We collect only the bare minimum required to provide your IPTV subscription:
- Email Address: Used solely to deliver your M3U playlist link, Xtream login credentials, and receipt.
- Transaction Reference: Provided by our payment processors to verify your subscription period.
- MAC Address (Optional): Required only when you connect MAG or Formuler hardware devices.
2. Data We Never Collect
What we deliberately avoid collecting:
- Your channel viewing history and playback habits.
- IP connection history or DNS request logs.
- Card numbers or CVV codes — all payments are processed by encrypted, PCI-DSS certified gateways.
3. End-to-End Encryption
Every connection to our portal and servers is secured with TLS 1.3 and 256-bit AES encryption. Stream manifests and playlist tokens are authorised dynamically to prevent unauthorised tampering.
4. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Your data is yours. You may request permanent deletion of your customer record and email from our billing database at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer at support@eaglecasttv.online.
